stay away from this bug infested, overpriced apartment.

thanks to this place, we now have a bedbug infestation they claim we brought in.

not exactly- given that we lived in seperate apartments before this one without any problem.

in any case, they are now requiring that we pay for it out of our pocket.

additionally the manager was very rude and accusing when discussing the problem.

they quoted us a different price then the exterminator themself did! they lied to us about the date that we could move in (told us a sunday would be no problem- oh wait! of course it was).

a leak in the bathroom was OUR fault because water got on the counter (HELLO- IT'S A BATHROOM!!!) the parking spaces are odd shaped- making it difficult to park in some areas.

the tenants are NOISY- small children running around screaming at 7am on a saturday morning.

plus it is very close the highway and noisy- of course they show the unit furthest away from the highway.

NOT A GOOD ENVIRONMENT FOR A STUDENT WHO STUDYS! there are so many other apartments where the management cares about their residents instead of blaming them for a bug infestation that we did not bring.

i would live in a cardboard box before i would move here again.
