It's good. Some ant problems . . . but what ground floor apartment doesn't have that' It's a bit of a pain but they (their staff) have been very pro-active about it and have always responded to our service calls within a very reasonable amount of time. The grounds are nice . . . and it's amenities are ok. I would give it a big OK for an apartment. My wife and I live in a one bedroom . . . why would someone expect luxury from an apartment' Of course something a little nicer would be nice but you don't get the whole world for nothin'!
