GET RENTER'S INSURANCE!!! We just had a leak in our bedroom ceiling (it was yellow water which doesn't smell very good) and it dripped all over our mattress. The manager came in for 5 minutes looked around and left. Didn't apologize, didn't offer any other options, didn't even care where we were going to sleep or if we had any sleeping accomodations. They aren't planning on paying for the mattress. It has been 4 days and no one has come out to fix anything. Our bedroom smells like a public restroom.
