Bad maintanance

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I had a bad experience in this apartments.
a) the internet and cable connections are worst. If it rains or if it snows the internet connection wil be lost for some time.
b)The roads within these apartments are bad.
c)The response from the managers is also too bad.
d) These apartments are too close to the highway. (I-96 and I-69). We cannot open the glassdoor and sit in the balcony. I don't know how come they give the permission to these aprtments.
e) The carpets are too worse and the are too thin..........
f) The construcntion is also too bad. If it rains or when the snow is getting dessolved, that water falls on the carpets and gives worst smell........... which is too dangerous.
