Worst place for any student to live is at Capital Commons because it is a dump. The tenants are noisy, they are always dropping things on the floor 2am - 3am in the morning you will always here domestics disputes that results in violence and to top it off they break into your vehicle. Get out as fast as you can, or just don't sign the lease.

hear hear, I agree, my neighbor was broken into and I saw the fools do it, I scared them away, then 1 year later my apartment got robbed on the 2nd floor, no force entry, hmmmm, makes you wonder how that happened?? Crime is everywhere around here, washing machine puts holes in your close, the walls are paper thin, I had to call the cops like 5 times since I lived here in 2 years, 1 time was the drug dealer across the way, lovely people they brought in, 2nd and 3rd time, domestic violence next door, and 4th and 5th time, neighbor getting robbed and now, me, just got robbed. I dont care what anyone says, this is just not a safe area, o yea, they are now letting section 8 in these places, also, cars get robbed , RUNNNNNN!!!!!
