Thuggish management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
2 men were fighting in the parking lot and one fired his gun missing my window where i was standing by 1'. When I tried to get out of my lease, they didn't let me leave unless I paid them $1200 to break the lease. Things never get fixed; it's way too expensive.
