I lived at Criminal Commons for 2 years. It was the worst living experience ever. The locks on the buildings never worked and they never fixed it. One time I had to stay at a friends b/c I couldn't even get into the building. It is very noisy. The apartments are disgusting. The carpet must be at least 20 years old. They are horrible with building reqests. It is a really bad neighborhood. My bestfriends boyfriend came to visit, he was walking in the parking lot and some guy pulled a knife on him. Seriously this would be a threat to your safety if you live here. Pay more money, to live somewhere else!

I agree you get what you pay for and they suck. I don't understand why the city doesn't do something about them. A woman was killed in Capitol Commons about a year ago!!!!!
