I lived in Capitol Commons for a year. I shared a two bedroom with a roommate. The apartment was fairly large and seemed clean. Once we started moving in we realized the cupboards were not properly cleaned. We had to wipe them all out. One actually had jelly or something on a shelf. We constantly had bugs because we were on the ground floor. We also had mice. The neighbors were loud at all hours of the night. We never felt safe coming into the apartment at night. The locks on the doors to get into the building were constantly broke so anyone could just walk right in the building. The parking lot and doorways are not lit very well and there are a lot of shrubs around the walkways near the doors. I would not recommend living here.

I totally agree with you it is a horrible place to live. They act so friendly when you move in and they pretend it is an awesome place to live but it's just like living on the East Side of Detroit. Do not move here and they are crooks!!!!!!!1
