Wonderful apartment complex, especially for local students. Friendly management and staff there to assist you but only if you need them. Very independent living, as opposed to Ferris Park Towers and its management. Capital Commons has a built in pool, non-restrictive parking, and is within walking distance to downtown Lansing. Never a long wait for maintenance issues, 1-2 days at most. Less expensive than Ferris Park Towers and Lansing Towers, yet still great quality apartments. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
