Moved to Lansing to attend Cooley Law and never paid for parking downtown because the apartment is a ten minute walk from campus. I Lived here from December 2007- April 2009. The rent is incredibly reasonable and the apartment was in great condition. The apartment is energy efficient (my heating and cooling bills were always under $25). I kept the heat at 70 and the AC at 72. The appliances in the kitchen are modern and just wonderful. I only had one maintenance problem (the light bulbs in the kitchen going out) and they responded in under an hour. The staff is very nice and down to earth and the grounds are well kept. No major problems living here. Had some issues with the kids in the complex making noise and a noisy neighbor earlier on but for the most part it is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this complex (especially if you're going to Cooley).
