I have lived at Capitol Commons for 3 years and have NEVER had a problem. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The building is clean and I think I can count on one hand how many bugs I spotted. There is 24 hour emergency maintenance and if you put in a work order it is usually fixed that day or the next!! There is plenty of parking and they are big in landscaping the property throughout the year!!
