We have lived here at Capital Commons for a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and in a lovely location near a variety of downtown activities. The grounds are well kept and filled with big gorgeous trees/shrubbery. The pool is also quite lovely with clean water and lounging chairs. The staff are friendly, courteous and make an effort to know each resident. (They ALWAYS greet us by name every time we enter the office.) Their response to service needs is always prompt. We would easily recommend these apartment to anyone searching for a quiet and quaint residence in Lansing.

Of course you do have a right to your opinion and I don't begrudge you that. However, I can assure anyone that I am 100% truthful when I say that I was a RESIDENT at Capital Commons and had NOTHING to do with management. I actually work as an English teacher.
