The other reviews have a few valid points. When I first moved in here maintenance was horrible and it would take months before something easy was fixed. One time I actually had to call the leasing office (which was off-site at another apartment complex) three times before finally driving out there and demanding they fix the shower. A few months after that the administration got changed to a different apartment complex and things got much better.

Yes sometimes the neighbors can be loud, and you can especially hear any noise from apartments above and below you, especially for me as my neighbors would have social events out in their yards. More than once someone visiting my neighbors would opt to park illegally, effectively blocking me in.

Overall I've been pretty happy here, and the rents are pretty cheap. Parking is ample and the complex pays your heat, water, sewer, and trash. The staff at the leasing office is nice and professional. Safety was a bit of a concern at move in, as each building only has an exterior light on the front and the back and occasionally the doors would stick open or residents would prop them open. Certain cultures like to be able to have their friends over and outside any time they please, and that's reflected here in the residents choosing to have a lot of events outside, especially at night.

Lots of families here, lots of pets here, but the convenient location and the relatively cheap rents are the real appeal.
