You couldn't pay me to live there again.

I would highly NOT recommend these apartments. They are noisy, need some major repairs, they allow pets and don't clean up after them in the yards, and increase rent in the middle of your lease, because there is an addendum that you have to sign agreeing that they are allowed to do that.
