NO NO NO NOOOO - very dirty, expensive

I lived there for a year and few months. The apartments are very old (built on early 70's). So if you have kids be careful - LEAD based paint is there. They let you sign a waiver for that when you sign the contract. They will increase the rent the beginning of second year (they wont tell you this but it is written in the fineprint in the contract). There is not enough storage area(one rack without a lock is available). You need to call the service peaple many times to get them fix things..
Apartments location is very good and there is a place for kids to play inside the complex. But for the price you are paying it you'd better be away. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
