Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Poorly salted driveways/roadways, poor garbage pick up (the trash often overflows into the parking lot), very noisy kids, pets that are often not cleaned up after (watch your step), ridiculus addendums to the lease, overall, not a very nice place to live.
