For those of you looking for an apartment Devonshire will at first appear like a nice complex. However, beware things do change for the worse. Devonshire's management held onto my deposit after they promised (upon review of my apartment that I would receive my deposit within 30 days of my moving out). It took many, many calls and finally a trip to the clubhouse in order to have my repair request satisfied (I had no hot water in the middle of a Michigan winter). I will say that if you like the convenience of a work out facility and don't mine the fact that you will NOT receive your depost back (it doesn't matter how clean you leave your apartment) and you don't mine NOT having hot water in the middle of winter and you have a liking for staff who do not respond back to your service request then you will indeed feel right at home at Devonshire.
