What a scam. They get you to sign a 15 page lease, while looking over your shoulder and hurrying you along so that you don't have time to read it, then it turns out there is a clause in it that allows them to raise rent whenever they feel like... And they have felt like it twice in the less than a year that I have lived here. I will definately, definately not be renewing my lease, and I have made it my goal to tell everyone how horrible it is living here. Oh yeah, and they randomly close the parking lot without giving you an alternative place to park, meaning you have to either risk a ticket by parking on the side of the road or pay to park downtown and then pay to take a bus back and forth. And hope nothing breaks, my smoke detector hasn't worked since I moved in and they've been out 3 times to "fix" it.
