We moved into the apartments thinking it was a nice quiet place to live. Wrong! There are kids running around constantly screaming outside our door and windows. The work out room always has broken equipment and the TV's haven't worked since we've moved in almost 9 months ago. Maintanace is usually quick to respond, but don't usually fix the problem and have to be called on a weekly-monthly basis. Definitely not worth the money. If there was any way to get out of our lease we would in a second! We agree that they mislead you into thinking this place is much nicer than it is.

very bad managment and also cheaters. they just want your money if rent it paid on 6th of the month they charge you $75 fine and i rented the club house and there bathroom was broke and it was like that before but the ended up charging me for that i will break my lease and leave devonshire on canal apt:

Hey asif, if you pay your rent on time then there is no late fee. YOU CAUSED THE WATER DAMAGE FROM NOT PLUNGING OUT THE TOILET. If you throw a party in the clubhouse, you are responsible for everyone's actions. If there is damage caused, you will be charged. Quit your crying and quit calling us cheaters because you need to just accept responsibility for your actions. If you have a problem with us, come to the office and talk to us like a man, and stop being an internet tough guy.

Because this response by management was so unprofessional...me and my fiance have decided NOT to move in!
