I have lived in Devonshire for a year now and I am very happy with the apartment. When I moved in the carpet was clean, I think new, as well as the oven. My apartment was in good shape and clean, and any time I've had a problem, maintenance has responded quickly. The office staff is nice and helpful. The grounds are well kept and the complex is pet friendly. There is a nice pool and a small workout room, and the club house is beautiful. The building I live in is a nice building with friendly quiet neighbors and conducive to studying. I pay about 500.00/mo for a top floor one bedroom with a balcony. I suggest you see the actual apartment that you are going to be renting before you commit or move in and demand any changes that need to be made, don't just base it on the model - it is a model and therefore clean and new looking because no one has ever lived in it. I have heard that some apartments are not as nice as mine was, so make sure you check it out before moving in. They also give a 250.00 finders fee if you find other renters who move in and 250.00 off your rent when you renew your lease. The apartments have central air conditioning and heat. You also don't have to pay for heat which is a plus. I am very happy with the complex and plan on staying until I am finished with school.
