I am tranfering out and I want to see what was said about Devonshire and I am very sorry that people feel that way. I have lived on the property for over 2 years and have not had the problems that other people say they have had. They did not raise rents in the mid of a lease. They did how ever notify me that they would be charging for water which was explained to me when I renewed my lease. I was notified by mail that they were increasing my rent for the new lease. I found the office staff to be friendly and understanding. Devonshire has come along way since they merged with another company. I am very pleased to call Devonshire On Canal my home and will tell other people its a great place to live!
