When you have a problem that's related to another tenant whose not used to living around other people or sharing space it's either pointed back at yourself to "take care of it on your own" or "it's your fault, you should have looked into this before signing your lease". After getting a rude comment and a door slammed in my face, I now call the police anytime theres an issue and THEY even give a bit of a sigh when I say "Devonshire Apartments" and more than once have I gotten an officer who says they can relate to my sense of loss of control by management with the residents here since I'm not the only one forced to call them now instead of management actually doing their job and keeping the type of atmoshphere they make you believe they have here when you first see the property. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
