Don't do it, bad place, bad and dishonest management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Take it from a decent professional; this is a bad place to live in with management that has no basic business ethics. If you do not renew with them, they punish you with made up damages and a higher final water bill. If you currently live there and plan to move out make sure you request that you attend the final inspection.
