It's not brand new but a great price and in a great location to and from work and school. (cooley) No drama because it's not student housing. Neighbors are quiet and nice enough. I get my mail and packages delivered and always have cookies for me at the club house too! Has all the stuff I need. Parking, quiet, and all the extra stuff like the pool.
