If you care only about $$, then go ahead. If you care about your life don t move to this place. Management let just anyone to move in without checking their background. There are criminals living in this complex. If they are not actual tenants, then they live with other tenants. Lately, they broke into several cars including mine. Also, my old neighbor was attacked inside her apartment, almost killed. I moved out immediately after that incident and I had to pay the termination fee as the price for my safety.

Management is not honest; they don t tell you everything. They have a lot of vacant units they just want to fill. If you just drive around you can see how many are empty and how dirty this place is. I lived there for 4 months only and I was charged for carpet damages. I regret dealing with this shady management that charges for water more than you actually should pay anywhere else. This is their way to compensate for the low rent that tenants pay.

Apartments are very old and filthy and full of dead insects. This is only in the winter; I don t know how bad it gets in the summer. Also, the walls are so thin that I could hear the crap language and smell drugs from my classy neighbors. Overall, I don t recommend this place..

If you care to look it up, the local ABC affliate did a story just a year ago about all the break-ins that were occurring there. The managements response was to say "We have night security that is in place, but doesn't always catch those that slip through the cracks."..... Needless to say anyone who lives there and looks around at night is more in tune with whats happening at the complexes since night security was never once visible during various problems we had occur or witnessed that caused other tenants to take notice from their windows, etc. We also had problems with noise. Our neighbors would have sex parties in between all the times we'd come home to having random shady types waiting outside the said neighbors door for what could be heard from conversations as "drop offs and pick ups" for substances... On top of all this when it came to one of the mentioned "parties" that occured when we had our parents over for dinner, we pulled out our video camera and recorded the noise that could be heard inside our apartment and then in the hallway; showed it to the management, and nothing was done except to give us a comment of "People are young, they will do things like that. A tenants privacy in there home is just that, their own business. If it continues please call the police."... Needless to say we moved out when our lease was done after several calls to the police to regulate the squatters outside the door in the hallway.... Agreed, very unsafe environment till it's cleaned up on it's management practices.
