My husband and I lived on the 7th floor for about a year and a half before we were married. Our one bedroom was spacious and we enjoyed our balcony, especially in the summer. The pool was nice, and security was pretty good. It was always very quiet, which we also liked. We didn't like the laundry facilities...which were always in a state of disrepair. We also had a few problems with the management...they lost our rent check once, then tried to bill me foir it after we moved. All in all, it was OK.
