I moved in last August and even before I decided on this apartment, the officer manager was very helpful and accommodating. I was so greatful, since I was relocating from California and knew nothing of the area. 90% of the building occupants are Cooley Law Students--all very friendly and diverse. It's a quiet, well-kept building. Every weekday like clock work, the cleaning lady is making her rounds with a smile. The maintenance man is always polite and helpful. Repair turn-around time has been good. My one-bedroom/bath unit is very spacious (lots of closets)and relaxing patio overlooking the river. This is so great in the summer. The swimming pool is very refresing in the summer months and the downstairs gym is adequate when it's too cold to run the river trail. Location is excellent for Cooley, LCC students to walk. It only takes me 10 min each morning to walk to Cooley. MSU students--a CATA bus stop is right in front of the building.
