In all honesty, I've lived a lot of places throughout undergrad. This apartment complex may have it's flaws like others, but it's not too bad. Once in a while you can hear the neighbors, and like anywhere in Michigan the parking lot get's icy, but heat is included, the office manager, Lindy, is awesome and you get big balconys. It's within walking distance to downtown and parking is free. It's older, but if you look pretty much anywhere downtown aside for the over-priced lofts, all the buildings/apartments are old. I plan on living here again when my lease is up.

Lindy does not work at Fountain Place anymore. Now you will either deal with the District manager- Joe, or Beverly who works in the office and spends more time doing her own personal things then true concerns of the residents.
