This is my first experience renting an apartment in 24 years. Fountain Place is okay. The management, Lindsay and her staff, are friendly and do a good job for the tenants. The rent is fair, the parking is free and the proximity to Cooley Law School is a plus. The laundry room is adequate and there is plenty of storage. The apartments are a good size for a couple. The balcony is good sized. Best thing is the heat is part of the rent and there is good water pressure in the showers with plenty of hot water. I plan on renting here again. The building has good bones. Did I mention there is a pool.
