I lived there for a year (only moved b/c I switched schools). The management was nice and maintenance was great, Rollins is a HUGE help whenever you need it. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful. The elevator does have its share of problems but it was always fixed in a timely manner (its a 40year old building). And, as for the heat, I was ALWAYS toasty. The heat was on and working. I had one problem with my heat on a Saturday and Rollins came that day (and quickly) to fix it. Parking was never a problem (except in the winter it got really icy). I always felt perfectly safe. My floor (9th) was always quiet. I would definitely recommend this place, can't beat it for the price and location.
