Pretty good place, but kinda pricey

Lived in the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with no problems so far. The heat and air conditioning is really nice and they replaced the filters every 3 months. Parking is pretty good as well as space. However, this place is a little more pricey then the surrounding areas. We are leaving because they raised our rent to right around $750 and 1 bedrooms have gone to $630. If you got the extra cash just sitting around this is a really good place. But, if you are like the majority of the world, keep looking.
