When we came on a tour of the apartments, the office staff made the place sound great. They were offering a deal and said if we moved in by the end of that month, we would get a special deal. Little did we know, they offered that special all the time. When we moved into our apartment, we discovered there a knocking noise whenever we or our neighbors turned on the water. The office said there was nothing they could do, was because the pipes were too close to something in the wall. VERY NOISY NEIGHBORS! We've also had problems with parking - definitely not ample at all. Also, some ghetto-ness abounds...seriously, these apartments cost way too much for what you actually get.
