I hate to say it but I was suckered by an apartment based on looks.

I was new to the area and a friend told me to live in her complex.

I went and checked it out and thought I can't live here.

This place is old and doesn't offer much.

So I moved across the street to Hunt Club instead.

New apartments, nice friendly staff, pretty pool.

Everything I cared about at the time.

Little did I know that I also cared about being able to sleep, having privacy and actually being listened to(and not by my neighbors but rather the office).Hunt Club is loud, you can hear everything your neighbors say and do, plus they hear you!! I haven't had a good nights sleep since I moved in (my neighbors and I are on dramatically different schedules) and for being a brand new place I have had some maintenance issues that never really get addressed.

The office staff is nice when getting you to rent from them and then they could care less about you, except for renewal time.

My friend loves her apartment and renewed for another year ACROSS THE STREET!! I am counting down the days until I can move, until then, trust me, if you value privacy, sleep and the comfort of home live elsewhere.
