I moved here about a year ago. it was "brand new", had a nice pool and a work out room. But I have since found out that brand new isn't always a good thing- this place was not built good. Everything is shotty construction. The walls are paper thin, I can hear everything my neighbors do; my utilities are outrageous because they skimped on quality material. Now, I just recieved word from the office that my rent is going up almost $40. Not only that, but the quality of renters has gone down. My wife doesn't feel comfortable walking around here at night alone. After we moved in the office staff wouldn't even givce us the time of day. This place is not worth the money or the frustration.
