This really is not a student community, and people expecting it to be so will be disappointed. It's a fantastic first place after graduation for new professionals. The place is generally fairly quiet, and the community is very diverse. The equipment room and pool area are well maintained, and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Basically, there are two recommendations: 1- make sure you can afford to live here before signing a lease.
2- If you can, consider Hunt Club. It's one of the newest builds, close to MSU's golf courses, and in a great neighborhood.
