DO NOT listen to the poor reviews. This is BY FAR the best experence I've had in the area in the past 5 years. The management is so nice, they are willing to work with you and they don't treat you like a little kid that doesn't know anything. They are willing to wave fees for you among other helpful things- IF THEY WERE RUDE TO YOU CHANCES ARE YOU WERE RUDE TO THEM! Being an ------- is not a good way to get the office staff to do what you want them to do- just a hint. The pool is nice, the apartments are fairly new, the price is right, it's quiet, no dogs are allowed so you don't have to put up with barking, plenty of FREE parking and you don't have to get stupid visitor passes like most other complexes if they even allow visitor parking, mantienence is very fast- we had a non emergency one night and they guy responded in about 20 minutes even though it wasn't an emergency. The place is built well and I can't even hear my roommate talk to me from her bedroom. yes, it's probably not as well built as your house at home but for goodness sakes its a darn apartment building and people trash it why would you put all the extras into it when people are inconsiderate brats and trash places'! We have a 3 bed 2 bath and the base for it is $895 but we have a washer and dryer so its $934/month. Our sec dep was $200 and we had $50 application fee and a $50 home ready fee. Also, you don't have to pay $1000 to break your lease and you ARE ALLOWED TO LEGALLY BREAK YOUR LEASE!! It's the cost of one months rent. How nice is that' You should really check this place out- I'm a student and i HATE NOISE and stupid staff that treats me like I don't know what I'm doing. I'm not stupid and this complex has been the nicest so far. MOVE HERE!!!
