I have read the reviews below, and would have to agree more with the negative comments than the positive ones.

After living here for some time now, the noise and amount of people who don't care about their neighbors is rising every month.

Nobody cares if you can hear their loud bass filled cars as they park and just sit in them for no reason.

People just seem to not care at all.

If you want a decent, quiet, safe place to live in Lansing, this is not the place.
