My roommate and I moved into The Hunt Club in July, and we couldn't be happier.

Maitenence is very prompt, and the leasing office staff is friendly and courteous.

Everything gets taken care of in a timely manner, and if it isn't, they do their best to make ammends.

The only bad part about The Hunt Club is limited parking spaces.

Other than that, it's great.

I love looking out my window and watching kids ride their bikes & scooters around the complex.

If you have your choice, I would reccomend getting an apartment on the 2nd floor rather than the first...I think that there might be a little more space in the 2nd floor models, and then you also don't have to use your heat as much (because heat rises).

However, in the summer, the 2nd floor tends to use the air conditioning a little more.

The grounds crew does a great job, too.

They are constantly mowing and edging and keeping the place looking great.

Overall, The Hunt Club is great, whether you are a family looking for a three bedroom model, or a grad student looking for a quiet place to come home to at night.
