Back in May 06 I put down a deposit on a unit in the building. In July 06 I decided not to take the unit and promtly called them. They promised to send me my deposit back right away.
It's now Nov. of 06 and I still don't have my deposit back. I would not take an apt here.

I moved out on August 2007 after I lived for one year and they said they will send me a deposit. they said I can receive a deposit in one week. However, they don't receive my call now and I have no way to get back my deposit.

Yeah, they seem to have a problem of returning security deposits. FOLLOW ALL PROCEDURES IN THE LEASE TO THE BOOK OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT! (I'm in small claims court now getting mine back!)
