STAY AWAY! Absolute nightmare.

The staff has absolutely no customer service.

Sure, the apartments are nice but I felt like I was in high school when I was arguing with them.

Harry, the owner, has cussed myself, my roommate, and my FRIENDS out numerous times.

He doesn't care about his tenants, he just wants money and will show you absolutely NO respect whatsoever.

Nothing was ever fixed while living there and our windows leaked all winter long but nothing could be done they said because the company was from Indiana.

With such huge windows they are going to have issues and you need to be able to fix them quickly.

Their lease agreement is a scam, they do not follow it by any means.

They make stuff up as they go along.

I received by security deposit check today, supposed to be $700...only $300! Nicks and nail holes are not considered DAMAGE.

They charged us $250 to repaint the entire apartment when there was no need! And aren't landlords supposed to paint before new tenants move in anyways' I am a very clean person and that place did not take $400 to clean.

When we came in to dispute it the 22 year old leasing agent called my mother a b**** and was simply awful.

I don't understand how you can have a company and not have any customer service whatsoever and how you can't have someone in the office during normal business hours.

There is NO parking whatsoever, they want you to walk across May street where numerous murders and shootings have happened in the recent past.

I'm a 5 foot 90lb girl and there is no way I am doing that at night.

When we occasionally found a parking spot, our cars were hit repeatedly because it is so tight.

Harry wants you to believe he is 'green' while he drives an Escalade and spends a ridiculous $50,000 on a sign.

He PURPOSELY blocked me into my parking spot one morning because I couldn't park where I did and I had to have a lovely confrontation with him.

All the police officers that work at the nearby station cannot stand him either, I have met a majority of them.

Having the train right next to my apartment was awful.

Four times a week our apartment would shake uncontrollably and is just a nuisance.

Also, if you short you won't be able to reach a good majority of the cabinets in the kitchen.

Live somewhere else, there are plenty of other lofts in Lansing to consider.

Craigslist, google, iloveoldtown.org..you have options!
