I lived there for about 5 years, and each year things got worse and worse!!! The townhouses are VERY nice, however the management royally sucks!!! I can't even begin to tell you how many times they told us our rent was late and we had to pay late fees ($75.00 for the first day and $10.00 everyday after that.) when we knew we paid it on time and we would have to prove it!! I finally started getting money orders from my bank just so I would have a reciept for proof of payment.
The maintenance is somewhat good....depends on what they are fixing. They plow the streets in the winter and clear sidewalks for you, but if there is ice anywhere you might as well take care of the problem yourself because they will never show up to put ice down!
Again, The townhomes are GREAT, and BIG, but management is horrible!!
