I currently live in the townhomes, and they're nicely appointed. We've not had many problems with maintenance or billing, and in fact we usually get a deal when we re-sign the lease. We did run into a slight problem with our satellite dish, but that was rectified equitably.

Also of note, our refrigerator went out a few months back, and we did have to badger them a bit to get it fixed.
