Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004

It will be 1 year in May that I have lived here. It has been enjoyable so far. I have had a couple maintenance issues, nothing drastic, but they were fixed in the next couple of days. I really only have one major complaint. And that is they DO NOT SALT. The entry way to my apartment is nothing but a sheet of ice. I have never seen one of the maintenance tech's with a bucket of salt or anything. That is my only MAJOR complaint.
