I lived at Oak Park for a year and found it to be an enjoyable experience. I encountered no safety issues and found staff to be helpful and punctual. No substantial maintenance issues arose. Noise was not an issue in the townhomes. Parking was tight in the evenings and the YMCA deal is a crock. Otherwise a great place to live.

Since the YMCA is not affiliated with the complex you shouldn't base your review on that.
