i am transfering to med school in chicago this may...so i need someone to take over my lease for me starting in may. lease ends in sept. you can renew if you want to or get a bigger place. free garage with my townhome. i wil pay 1/2 of your first months rent. all you have to pay is $25 for app. fee. i am actually sad to go, i liked living here. you can also keep my sec. deposit...but not my pet deposit, sorry!
