I lived at Oak Park Village for almost 3 years, payed my rent on time, and never caused any probelems. The office staff is always extremely rude and refused to explain charges to me when they are billing be twice for water/sewer. As for crime, my next door neighbor's townhome was broke into and I did not feel safe in my own home. The townhomes are old and rundown, it takes the maintenance staff 1-3 months to respond to a problem. I would not recommend Oak Park Village to anyone, it was a horrible place to live and I am fortunate to be out of there. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Contrary to your opinion we do not bill twice for water/sewer. We do criminal background checks and sex offender screening on all of our new residents to ensure the nicest community possible. The townhomes were built in the mid 1970's, but we make up for it with exceptional maintenance and customer service. We pride ourselves on making prompt repairs; typical service requests are resolved within 24 hours.
