When I was signing my lease, they did everything to make me happy. I got an apartment with new flooring, one month for free (the call center screwed up and told me that the monthly special was one month free, although not truly the case, I still won, ha ha) and I got the apartment that I wanted. Things were looking up until I noticed flea bites on my legs... and I don't have any pets. I called and told them about it and they acted like it was no big deal, so the next Wednesday the apartment was bombed and the fleas were gone. I think the management has been okay, and everything on my move in list that needed to be fixed was done right away. The only things I notice that are more annoying than anything is the windows are old and makes it kind of cold in the apartment, I can hear every step the people above me make, and they don't properly shovel/plow. I get up early in the morning to go to work and it's not fun when I have to walk through snow in heels. I wouldn't really recommend this place, but it will do just fine for me for the next 9 months (unless I need to move, then it will get ugly breaking the lease...). Afterall, it's not forever. The rent isn't bad either.
