Snow removal here has been a joke. It is not cleared in a timely manner and when it was cleared on time this year, a ring of snow was left around the parking cover making it nearly impossible to get my car (a Mitsubishi with little ground clearence) out of the carport.

Snow has been piled into the handicap parking spots (I am CERTAIN this is a violation).

Ice has accumulated outside of the apartment door as much as an inch and a half think.

Sidewalks are poorly cleared.

I have liked this place, but I have learned a lot this winter and won't be here for another.

We have struggled with one of the worst winters in recent years as far as snow accumulation. We apologize for the service but Michigan this winter was extremely demanding on our service staff and we hope to do better next year. If there is anything else we can do for you just let us know!!
