Best value in town!

Well I have only been here for 5 months, but the last 5 months have been great! I love the layout of the townhouses and they gave us many to choose from. My townhouse also comes with a brand new washer and dryer in the basement for no extra charge. The carpet was new, flooring was new, and a neutral paint color in the living room instead of boring white. I love the privacy fence outside of the back door, it helps make the place seem more homey. The scenery is great and I love that it is pet friendly and I can see people walking their dogs; makes me feel less like I'm in the city. I enjoy the pool area and also the trail that wraps around the area.
At my last apartment we were paying almost the same price for a one bedroom, one bath, one floor, no storage space, with extremely noisy neighbors above us that made it difficult to concentrate at times. Here we get a two bedroom, 1.5 bath, main level, upper level, and spacious basement for storage - for only a few dollars more! Also, the neighborhood that the apartment community creates cannot be matched by surrounding apartment communities. It is calm and safe, not like others that we visited before choosing this one.
As for the staff, we had a great experience signing up and they helped us a great deal by working with our needs and requests. We have not had a single problem with them. They are friendly and even remember us and say hello when we see them outside of the apartment community.
The only problem I have encountered thus far is the parking. My boyfriend and I each got carport spots because we would come home late to no parking spaces. They are worth the $10/month and ours are right next to our townhouse.

Thank you for your responses. As for the car thing, that can happen anywhere and thats what my insurance is for... I used to live in the country with no neighbors and had my car broken into. Can't help that and its not the apartment's fault. My water bill has never been more than $17 and they warned us about that before we signed. If you live in an apartment you share with your whole building, but I only pay my own. Thanks for the advice though.

Just keep your car doors LOCKED and somewhere visible. I had my car broken into while there (and yes, it was locked!!!).....it surely isn't immune to crime!!!
