I think they are very good at taking care of the grounds - freshly mulched and even when there was a hail storm - they came around and cleaned up all the sidewalks including our patio's freeing them of all the debris in a timely manner. The staff are very kind and helpful. I enjoy living here.

OAK PARK VILLAGE IS A JOKE.. THEY HAVE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OFFICE STAFF. I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT NOT HAVING EVEN ONE PARKING SPACE NEAR ARE TOWNHOUSE AND THEY TOLD ME AS I SIGNED THE LEASE YOU GET ONE PARKING SPACE OUTSIDE YOUR APARTMENT/ TOWNHOUSE AND IF YOU NEED ANOTHER THEN YOU HAVE TO RENT A GARAGE/ CARPORT. I HAD COMPLAINED AS AT NIGHT WE DONT EVEN GET ONE PARKING SPOT AND JACINDA IN THE OFFICE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT US GETTING PARKING. IF WE CANT FIND ONE THATS TO BAD AND IF WE PARK IN THE CARPORT WE WILL BE TOWED WITHOUT WARNING. THEY HAVE ALSO TACKED ON SERVICE FEES AND UTILITY FEES THAT WERE NEVER THERE TWO MONTHS AGO WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN. THEY WILL BE NICE TO YOU UP UNTIL YOU SIGN THE LEASE AND MOVE IN. AFTER THAT THEY ARE RUDE, NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL AND HAVE THE MOST DISHONEST OFFICE STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER SIGN A LEASE HERE AND WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN HERE. YOU WILL BE SCREWED IN THE LONG RUN
